The Rail Trail Suite sits directly adjacent to the Heritage/NCR Rail Trail at ground level.  It features a king-sized bed, gas fireplace and large bath with granite counters and shower.  Located right next to the waterfall and pond, there is an outdoor patio area for you to enjoy your favorite beverage and watch the cyclists go by.  This suite features modern Asian furnishings and a flat screen TV above the fireplace with plenty or room to relax after a fun-filled day.

• Our guests are served a full breakfast daily at 9:00 AM  unless other provisions have been made.

• The Rail Trail Room has a full private bath & cable TV.

• Room rates are per night, double occupancy. Pennsylvania State Tax (9%) is not included in the above rates.

• Check in time is 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.  Please call for later check-in arrangements.  Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

• A two-night minimum stay may be required for festival weekends, holidays, or other special events.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made seven days or more in advance of your arrival date will not be charged. Cancellations made less than seven days before the arrival will be charged the rate for one night.  For Holidays, special events or packages the cancellation requirement is 30 days prior to arrival date to avoid a full rate charge.
